Bar/FOH Manager
HC-Resource is looking for a Bar / FOH Manager to oversee multiple bar operations within a unique multi-concept venue. This includes a full-service restaurant, a live music venue, and a speakeasy lounge — each with a distinct guest experience.
This role requires someone who understands bar operations inside and out, but also has front-of-house management skills to support service, training, and staff development across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage three separate bar programs across multiple venues
Oversee daily FOH operations including training, scheduling, and service standards
Lead and develop bar teams, bartenders, and support staff
Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and speed of service
Handle inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost tracking
Collaborate on seasonal bar menus and venue-specific drink features
Be present and hands-on during peak hours and events
Support FOH operations across all areas as needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of bar management or FOH leadership experience
Proven ability to manage multiple outlets or concepts simultaneously
Comfortable in high-volume and high-energy environments
Strong team leadership and people development skills
Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Toast) and inventory tools (BevSpot, Bar-i, etc.)
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and special events
