Job Title: Tier 1-2 Technical Support Specialist / Microsoft 365 Administrator

Compensation and Benefits: Salary will be between $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience. Additionally, we offer a $250/month health stipend, a $50/month phone stipend, and an IRA with an impressive 3% company match. At our firm, hard work and dedication never go unnoticed, and we make sure our employees are well-compensated for their effort. Reimbursement for mileage costs is also provided.
Work Arrangement: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely, in office, and on client premises. Onsite is required as needed.

Job Requirements:
· Experience with the Microsoft 365 Cloud, including user management, email, OneDrive and SharePoint, a bonus would be basic experience in Windows Virtual Desktop, Intune/ Endpoint Manager.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems is essential, while some knowledge of Mac/OS will be a bonus.
· 1-5 years of experience in providing Level 1-2 technical support, including tasks like setup, user account creation, and general configurations.
· Demonstrable ability to follow instructions and guidelines meticulously, always keeping the bigger picture in mind when tackling specific tasks.
Working Hours: While our typical working hours run from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, we take pride in our adaptability to cater to our clients' unique needs. This flexibility occasionally entails after-hours, overnight, or Saturday work. Rest assured, we ensure fair compensation for such commitments, which can include compensatory time off during the week when weekend duties are required. Whenever possible, we aim to provide our team with prior notification of such schedules.
