Front of House Manager

HC-Resource is seeking a talented and service-driven Front-of-House Manager for a unique hospitality concept located near Hanoverton, OH. This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day front-of-house operations in an elegant, high-touch environment where guest experience is paramount.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including restaurant and inn services

• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of servers, bartenders, bussers, and housekeeping staff

• Coordinate closely with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service

• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and product quality

• Maintain exceptional standards in cleanliness, ambiance, and guest-facing areas

• Support the planning and execution of private events and special functions

• Act as the primary point of contact for FOH operations and facility needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or boutique hospitality setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Hands-on operational mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage staff schedules, guest interactions, and facilities with poise and professionalism

• Experience in beverage program management is a plus
