Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and patient care, with a focus on making each patient your top priority.
  • Be fully present and engaged in all shift times, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to foster a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Practice in accordance with the American Academy of Periodontology, ADA, and ADHA guidelines, and adhere to the State Board of Dentistry’s standards of care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment, ensuring everything is prepared for each patient’s visit.
  • Work closely with doctors to deliver thorough diagnoses and co-assessments for treatment.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices, treatments, and ongoing care.
  • Accurately document patient information, including health history and periodontal charting, while following all state and federal regulations.

  • A licensed or certified Registered Dental Hygienist (preferred).
