Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Company Overview:

Our rapidly expanding healthcare client is looking to hire 80 plus highly skilled and dynamic Account Executives across the United States, with priority locations including Phoenix, AZ. As an Account Executive, you will be the face of the company, fostering relationships with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, and assisting families in finding the right care solutions as they transition out of healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Move-ins:

  • Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts.
  • Achieve monthly quota by generating qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts.

Account Development:

  • Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory.
  • Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations.

Patient Education:

  • Educate families on their care options and guide them in collaboration with a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor.
  • Work closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to facilitate successful transitions.

Initiative and Testing:

  • Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes in your territory, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance tools and resources.

Schedule:

  • You will be in the field daily, working with your Regional Director to build your account plan each week.
  • Your time in the field will include scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu drop-ins to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and overcoming objections.
  • Experience in presenting to target customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-infused environment, with a willingness to test new processes.
  • Hunger to learn and improve with a strong competitive approach.
  • Local travel within your territory (5 days a week).
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
