Position Highlights:
- Location: Greenville, SC
- Compensation: $70k-$80k + bonus
- Experience Required: Full-service restaurant experience, with a strong emphasis on bar operations
Responsibilities:
- Bring the Fun: Create a welcoming, energetic environment for both staff and guests
- Staff Scheduling & Management: Ensure schedules are timely, team-focused, and align with business needs
- Daily Operations: Keep each shift running smoothly and efficiently
- Recruit & Develop Talent: Lead by example, train with purpose, and build a team that’s passionate about customer service
- Inventory Control: Manage beer, liquor, and food inventory to reduce waste and maintain fresh options on tap
- Team Communication: Foster open, effective, and positive communication to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction
- Financial Oversight: Control expenses related to food, inventory, payroll, and more to meet or beat budget goals
